Meet Sarah Keogh – Registered Dietitian
Sarah Keogh is a CORU-registered dietitian (DIO20117), founder of Eatwell, and brings over 25 years of experience in nutrition and dietetics to her collaboration with Freshtoday.
With an academic background that includes a degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Trinity College Dublin and a Master’s in European Food Regulation, Sarah blends rigorous scientific training with practical application.
Her career began in clinical nutrition—leading the nutrition department at Bon Secours Hospital in Dublin and working in UK-based oncology settings—before she launched her private practice in 1998 .In 2002, she founded Eatwell to bring clear, science-driven dietary guidance through media, workshops, product development, and corporate communications.
Sarah excels at translating complex nutrition science into actionable advice—whether in the form of seminars, web content, food labeling, or menu analysis. Her proven expertise includes collaborating with organizations like Safefood, the National Dairy Council, and the Coeliac Society.
