Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, placing an order, or using our Services, you confirm that you are over 18 and are legally responsible for the orders you place on behalf of your child(ren). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

You must ensure the information you provide (child’s name, school, class, dietary requirements) is accurate and kept up to date.

Freshtoday is not responsible for orders placed using your account by someone else if your details have been shared.

Ordering
Meals must be selected through our website or app by the stated cut-off times.

Orders are subject to school participation in the programme and may vary by location.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate allergen and dietary information when ordering.

Changes & Cancellations
You may update or cancel a meal order before the cut-off time.

After the cut-off, orders cannot be changed, as meals will already have been prepared.

Meal Service
While we work hard to provide every meal as advertised, availability may vary due to supply or school-specific circumstances.

Substitutions may be made when necessary, always following nutrition and allergen safety standards.

Limitation of Liability
Freshtoday is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be limited under Irish law (e.g. food safety).

Third-Party Services
Our Services may link to third-party websites or use third-party suppliers (e.g., IT providers, couriers). Freshtoday is not responsible for their actions, policies, or content.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Freshtoday harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our Services.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our Services means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Severability
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest will remain in full effect.
